About The
Netstrata Foundation
The Netstrata Foundation is the charitable arm of Netstrata, one of New South Wales’ leading strata management companies. As a business that serves thousands of strata communities, we see firsthand the incredible work being done by individuals and groups to keep our neighbourhoods connected, safe, and vibrant.
Yet we also see the challenges people face – from financial hardship and social isolation to a lack of resources for local projects that could make a big difference. The Netstrata Foundation was born out of a desire to help address those challenges and ensure that the communities we call home remain strong, inclusive, and full of opportunity for everyone.

Community
At Netstrata, community has always been at the heart of what we do. Creating the Netstrata Foundation was a natural extension of that commitment – a way to give back in a structured, meaningful, and sustainable way.
Empowerment
We exist to support people, projects and organisations that make life better for others. Whether it’s helping vulnerable individuals, empowering local schools, funding grassroots sports, or supporting charities delivering vital services, our goal is simple: to create positive and lasting change.
Kindness
We believe that small acts of kindness, local initiatives, and community spirit can transform lives. Through the Netstrata Foundation, we’re proud to be part of that transformation.
Roadmap
Our Plan For
The Future
For many years, Netstrata has supported a wide range of charitable and community initiatives through what we’ve referred to as our “Foundation”. Until now, it has not operated as a formal charitable entity, nor had the governance required to do so.
In 2025, we began transforming the Foundation into a fully constituted organisation. This includes applying for Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status, appointing a board with an independent chair – Kevin Greene AM, a former NSW Minister and Mayor with extensive experience in governance, community leadership and philanthropy – and establishing the governance and administrative frameworks that will guide its work. We are also developing a clear commitment roadmap to ensure the Foundation supports causes that reflect its purpose of uplifting the communities in which we operate, with a focus on projects that create lasting and positive impact.
This year is about laying the groundwork – reinforcing structures and partnerships that will set the Foundation up for long-term success. Towards the end of 2025, we will begin selecting initiatives under this more focused approach, with the next phase of community projects to roll out from 2026.
What We Support
Our Areas of Support
Housing Security & Homelessness Prevention
We fund initiatives that provide safe, secure housing and support for people at risk of homelessness. This includes tenancy sustainment programs, emergency accommodation, and services that help individuals and families achieve long-term housing stability.
Medical Research, Health and Wellbeing Services
We support programs that improve physical and mental health outcomes for vulnerable and disadvantaged people. This includes counselling, crisis support, outreach clinics, addiction recovery, and community health initiatives.
Community Resilience & Social Inclusion
We invest in local, community-led projects that bring people together, foster inclusion, and strengthen social connection. These initiatives may focus on neighbourhood safety, cultural exchange, community centres, and support networks.
Early Intervention & Youth Support
We help young people build positive futures by supporting programs that offer early intervention, mentoring, skills development, and safe spaces. Our focus is on prevention, empowerment, and breaking cycles of disadvantage.
Social Justice & Cultural Inclusion
We back initiatives that promote fairness, equality, and representation for marginalised groups, including First Nations communities, culturally and linguistically diverse populations, and people living with disability.
