Grant Conditions

Assessment Process

All applications are reviewed by the Netstrata Foundation Board. Funding decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Board. Assessment will consider:

  • Alignment with our mission and focus areas
  • Potential community impact
  • Feasibility and budget
  • Sustainability of the project

Grant Conditions
‍

  • Grant recipients must provide progress updates and a final report outlining how funds were used and the outcomes achieved
  • The Foundation reserves the right to request further information during the application or reporting stages
  • Only organisations with DGR Item 1 status at the time of funding approval are eligible

When we fund

Grant Rounds

The Netstrata Foundation opens grant applications twice a year, providing eligible charities with two opportunities annually to apply for funding.

2025 Grants

  • Applications open: 1 September 2025
  • Applications close: 31 October 2025
  • Funding announcements: December 2025

All applications received within each round are assessed together by the Foundation Board. Funding decisions are based on alignment with our priorities, potential community impact, and available funds. To be considered, applications must be submitted by 5:00pm (AEST) on the closing date for each round. Late applications cannot be accepted.
